Understand and know how to apply the Lean Six Sigma approach throughout a project to improve the performance of an industrial process.
Know how to use the tools and techniques at different stages of the process, and know how to apply them effectively as part of an improvement project.

Know how to present the results at each stage of the process.
At the end of the training, the pilot trainee of a Lean Six Sigma project team will be able to apply for a Green Belt certification, based on the respect of the methodology, the correct use of the tools and the validation of progress and expected.
