Operational objectives:

➢ Understand the issues of a Lean Six Sigma approach,
and its links with the company's strategy.

➢ Understand the role of Black Belt as a facilitator
team improvement.

➢ Know how to characterize a project, constitute and animate a
team around a Lean Six Sigma project.

➢ Understand and know how to apply the Lean Six approach
Sigma throughout a project to improve
performance of an industrial process.

➢ Know how to use tools and techniques to different
steps of the approach, and know how to apply them effectively
as part of an improvement project.

➢ Know how to present the results at each stage of the
approach.

➢ Know how to identify project opportunities improvement
and qualify them.

➢ Know how to lead Lean Six Sigma projects with
perimeters, issues, complexities superior to those
Green Belt.

➢ Know how to coach Green Belt on their project, in
particular in the statistical analysis of the data.

➢ Know how to use advanced statistical techniques (test
of hypotheses, plan of experiences, ...) during the stages
a Lean Six Sigma project and apply them effectively.

➢ Know how to work with the Champions and the different
stakeholders throughout a project to deal with
encountered difficulties.

➢ At the end of the training, the trainee, pilot of one or
several Lean Six Sigma project teams can claim
Black Belt certification, based on respect for the
methodology, the proper use of tools and the
validation of progress and expected.
