The Register of Beneficial Owners. Legal concepts and practical terms.
On 13 January 2019, Luxembourg adopted the law establishing a Register of beneficial owners, which was published on 15 January 2019 in the Official Journal. The purpose of the Register of Beneficial Owners, designated "GOR", is to centralize and keep data on the beneficial ownership of all entities registered in the Commercial Register and Companies, with the exception of natural persons.
At this conference, Isabelle Charlier, Partner, will explain how to comply with this law.
