This 2-day training will allow participants to learn the principles and practices necessary for setting up a Lean and Agile portfolio ensuring:
– the adequacy of the strategy to budgetary management,
– support for production teams,
– lean governance oriented towards value creation.
Participants will learn to formalize strategic objectives, evolve the vision of a portfolio as well as identify, prioritize and pilot new strategic initiatives to achieve maximum economic benefit.
This course will also provide a better understanding of how to organize yourself according to the company's value flows, move from project mode to product mode, manage the budget in capacity mode as well as better measure performance.
At the end of this training, the trainee will be able to take the SAFe® LPM 5 certification online on the Scaled Agile website.
