The Luxembourg financial marketplace, its market share, the geographic origin of both its clientele and the banks active in this business, the “star” products offered and the benefits it can enjoy
The legal and regulatory framework in force in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg applicable to Private Banking dealing with the following in particular:
Obligations to be adhered to with regard to money laundering
Professional obligations to be adhered to vis-à-vis clients
